Wildcoast Project is a house extension that was designed by Dan Gayfer Field Design and includes a kitchenette, dining area and lounge. The house is located south west of Melbourne, near the Blairgowrie Back Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. Everything started from the need of the family for extra space as they were outgrowing their existing beach house.
The summerhouse was designed as a uniquely adaptable space, providing a kitchenette, a dining table and booth, a U-shaped built in lounge and also an open fireplace that offers flexibility to the space.
The property also includes a pool and a spa, both being defined by a pool compliant curved feature wall.
