Built in 1998 on a mountaintop that overlooks the Leo Carrillo State Park in Malibu, California, the Glass House boasts a price tag of $14,9 million and sits on a 32-acre lot. The abode offers breathtaking views of the nearby canyons and ocean, and it was used as a filming location for the movie “The Glass House”.

The residence flaunts 7,500 square feet of living space and offers luxurious accommodation options in the form of 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The façade does indeed feature multiple windows as well as other glass elements that help blur the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors.

There is also a detached guesthouse on the property that offers more than adequate living arrangements for the owners’ guests. Two security gates ensure that strangers could never enter the grounds uninvited, but we should also mention the multiple parking spaces (over 20) and the saltwater swimming pool.
