The architects in charge of the project were Pau Millet and Xavier Ramoneda, and they did an outstanding job in making sure that this home would be perfect in all regards.
Finished in 2013, this contemporary residence flaunts 3,229 square feet of living space, and since it was created by MIRAG ArquitecturaiGestió, it features great sustainability and quality. Built on a sloped site, the abode boasts exceptional views of its surroundings and includes several levels. The main level, which is placed on the ground floor, includes the social areas and the primary facilities, while the basement area provides quick and easy access to the garden.
The house boasts 3 distinct volumes that have polyhedral shapes, which means that it looks absolutely unique and eye-catching. The high quality materials used in the construction process involve concrete for the floor structures and the floors themselves, but the hand-made glazed tiles also deserve a mention.
