House Nieuwegracht is a thoroughly renovated residence in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Originally built in the 17th century, the building has undergone many renovations and modifications over its long existence, and the latest was carried out this year, by Rocha Tombal Architects.
While the residence still keeps many of its original elements, it’s spirit is completely renewed. The interiors flaunt a special mix of traditional and contemporary elements that make this place a truly unique one.
