Florida-based builder Josh Wynne Construction has built the Power Haus, an energy efficient home that has achieved a minus 22 HERS index, the lowest HERS rating on record in the US. The house is producing more energy that it consumes on a yearly basis.
Power Haus was designed to provide the ultimate standard in green construction today, while still satisfying the clients’ desired aesthetic and comfort requirements.
