The Pacific Palisades Are Rihanna’s New Home

Singer Rihanna has chosen the Pacific Palisades for a new investment and bought a $12,000,000 mansion there. The residence expands over 11,000 sq ft and has a total of 7 bedrooms and a garage for 4 cars.

Despite being only 24 years old, the singer has already made some bad choices when it comes to owning houses. The previous $7,000,000 residence she bought in 2011 became inhabitable after having leaks in the roof.

Most probably she chose this new house to fit all her needs and made sure to have no problems with water inside the walls, although she went for a watery location. The house has a fully equipped kitchen in stainless steel and a bar, the ceilings are 14′ high, and the garden is approximately 6,00 sq ft large. However, the most important elements are, clearly, the outdoor pool and the spa.
