This luxurious private residence is called San Miguel de Salinas, and it can be found in Alicante, Spain. It was sketched out by a Madrid-based firm named ÁBATON and was built on a picturesque site that flaunts fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and of a nearby golf course.
The residence offers utmost privacy as well as luxurious living conditions that can satisfy even the most demanding tastes. The exterior design is minimalistic and elegant, while the interior living arrangements give off a sense of warmth, wellness and comfort. Large windows allow natural light to flow unhindered throughout the main living areas, while sliding glass doors blur the limits between the indoors and the outdoors at ground level.
Outside, comfortable sofas and loungers allow the residents and their guests to enjoy the cool breeze of the sea and the warm touch of the sun by a superb swimming pool. Surrounding the swimming pool and the house itself is a carefully maintained lawn, plus other lovely decorative plants.

New dwelling developed in collaboration with London based Architect Studio Woods Bagot in the South of Alicante (Spain). Within a unique site -330 hectares full of hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea- for its beauty, lushness and exclusiveness. It enjoys an 18 hole golf course (Top 100 golf course in Europe) which melts beautifly with the landscape and that will host international competitions, private country club, seafront beach club and tennis/paddle tennis schools.
During the designing process ÁBATON has taken into consideration each villa’s best location in order to make the most of the views, the existing forest and the height difference without losing a bit of privacy. ÁBATON has studied the best orientation thoroughly for a better use of resources; though in a more modern and definer way, ÁBATON has observed the local Mediterranean building style.
There are three different villa typologies for sale: 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with private garden and swimming-pool overlooking the golfcourse and the Mediterranean Sea.
Architecture isn’t just shelter; it’s a frame for existence. Here, the boundary dissolves, merging human comfort with the eternal Mediterranean. We don’t just live in the view—we become part of it.
