This fancy home flaunts a warm, welcoming color palette based on shades of brown, gray and clean white, all of which are complemented by darker tones of black for contrast.
The interiors are spacious, tastefully furnished and bathed in natural light thanks to a series of large floor-to-ceiling windows that also provide breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding environment. The main living room features an open plan and it is directly connected to the fully equipped kitchen. Main highlights include a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a regular sofa, a dining table for 10 and a fireplace that stands ready to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere once the sun goes down.
The outdoor spaces are even more impressive, especially considering the remarkable infinity pool that was placed at an elevated location on a corner block. Other factors that contribute to the Expressing Views home’s appeal are the splendid panoramas that can be admired from almost every room and the multiple forms of natural vegetation that surround the abode.
