The incredibly spacious and luxurious Morumbi Residence was designed by Monica Drucker and can be found in São Paulo, Brazil. It offers 11,119 square feet of space and was completed in 2010 at the top of the Morumbi hills, which is why it boasts magnificent views of the city skyline.
In order to make sure that no trees were harmed during the construction process, the architects decided to incorporate them into the design, especially the bamboos that adorn the entrance. With plenty of large windows that welcome natural light within, the residence requires efficient cooling systems such as thermal acoustic tiles placed in the roof as well as blinds placed on the façade.
This modern house offers numerous opportunities for relaxation, socialization and entertainment whether we’re talking about the spacious living room with its sofa and grand piano or the outdoor swimming pool that tempts with warm, blue waters.
