Condomínio Quinta Vale Verde is a project located in Bicesse-Estoril, which was completed by the architect Humberto Conde in 2002. It consists of nine housing constructions part of a global grant of thirty houses.
These constructions are perpendicularly to the street and assure external parking for two cars and access to a green area. Each house is composed of a ground below and two floors above, the big glass walls acting as a connection with the entire project area.
Diversity and complementarity were the elements which were mostly promoted, in this way being possible the creation of multipurpose spaces such as the wood deck connected to the big glass wall on the living room where the swimming-pool is located.
