Contemporary Squam Residence on Nantucket Island

Squam Residence is a family home located on Nantucket Island which is situated just 30 miles from the South of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA.  This project was completed by J. Brown Builders who tried to keep all the historical characters of the construction.

Like many buildings in the area, this residence also owns a pitched roof and external walls covered with unpainted shingles, but it still preserves a traditional appearance that hides a contemporary interior design.

From our point of view, the vivid mix between white and the sweet colors used on the walls and the furniture brings everything to life, making every day living a joy. Space and the huge outdoor swimming pool are some of the reference points about this house.
