The BT House is a very special project because it is actually inhabited by its designer – Guilherme Torres of Studio Guilherme Torres. Built in 2012 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, this contemporary residence impresses with
a highly original façade comprising a chequered wood design called Muxarabie. This fantastic design element was chosen because of multiple reasons, the most important one being linked to airflow and light dimming.
But apart from this fantastic “wooden curtain”, the BT House also features exceptional living arrangements and superb Brazilian style decorations. The interiors boast bright and beautifully colored furniture pieces in blue
and white shades that are complemented by lovely tones of brown found on the floors and staircase. The kitchen was designed with elegance in mind, flaunting a predominant shade of black that adorns the appliances and
the floor. You can see it all for yourself by browsing through the following image gallery.
