The House in Las Casuarinas located in Lima, Peru, was created by Javier Artadi in 2002. It is set on a land with a steep slope which provided it a privileged position with amazing views of the city of Lima.
The house consists of a complex housing program with typical environments and a mini-apartment on the top floor.
The program is organized into three boxes as it follows: the first one houses the main vertical circulation, the second one accommodates the bedroom and the family room, while the third one contains the main room.
