The Villa Dirickz located in Sint-Genesius-Rode, Belgium, is a four-story villa designed by Marcel Leborgne according to Mr.Dirickz wishes, an art, theater and glittering lifestyle lover. It was built in almost four years, from 1929 in 1933, a short time for this construction to be accomplished. After a while, the villa was sold to developer Alexander Cambron who renovated it during two years, adding four more bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool and also an elevator. The luxurious 10,700 square-foot building sits on a 5 acres lot and features 4,300 square feet of terrace.
