Private Psychiko House by Divercity Architects

The following home is worthy of a Hollywood star. We’re saying that because not everyone owns a house with a massive garage in which they keep a collection of vintage cars and artwork. The Psychiko House is a modern home designed by Divercity Architects in 2012 and is located in a well appreciated suburb of Athens, Greece.

This kind of house provides maximum freedom of movement and flexibility, in the same time offering luxury, intimacy and comfort. It gathers three different zones, all one of a kind: a stone core that reminds of the defensive rock of the Acropolis, a grandiose upper floor and a transparent living area that acts like a link between the previous two areas.

The entrance is camouflaged in the stone wall while the living spaces are provided with natural light all day long due to the slatted blinds, glazed partitions and skylights.
