This following project is a modern residence completed in 2010 by Dahl Architects + GHG Architects, for a client who lives in La Moraleja, Madrid, Spain.
A circular wall surrounds the building, providing in this way more privacy for the owners when they want to relax away from the public view.
The ground floor of the building includes one guest bedroom, a library, a games room, a dining room and a service area, while the first floor accommodates 4 bedrooms with patios gym and a study.
One of the main requested requirements was that all the rooms and common areas to be opened to the garden area and to have views into the plot.
The building seems to be the perfect place where a family with children could live in peace and intimacy, far away for the bustle of the city.
