The C+P House was completed in 2011 by Gonçalo das Neves Nunes and is a fine project that interprets the relations between indoor and outdoor space through yards, terraces and balconies. It shows itself to South and East finding views and exposition despite its monolithic appearance.
This home is very well proportioned and delimited, the private zones being organized in the upper level, while the social zones are at the entrance level. It was perfected by using Travertino stone, walls in raw concrete at the lower level and Wallnut wood panels.
