Casa 115 located in Mallorca, Spain, was designed by the architect Miquel Lacomba. It is sited in a unique location from where one can admire the valley that frames the bay of SantVicenç. The living area, the kitchen and the dining room
are communicating through a porch and a sliding door.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the entire house benefits from cross ventilation, passive solar energy collection and a roof cover designed with a floating floor.
