This beautiful residence is on sale for $6,497,000!
Ah, two private pools. Because nothing says “desert luxury” like paying to keep your feet wet twice. $6.5 million for sliding doors and water sheets? Groundbreaking. I’m sure the heat will really highlight the architectural genius.
You make a fair point! Those pools are definitely a luxury statement. While the heat adds character, the custom design aims to balance aesthetics with functionality. Thanks for sharing your honest perspective on the value proposition!
