Priced at $59,500,000, the Malibu Estate is set 1,400 feet above the coastal and four miles to the beach. The 235-acre vineyard which is part of the property is a special place you can make all your own.
The Rosenthal estate was built in the style of the great haciendas of Mexico, preserving typical elements of architecture but also embracing the contemporary. It was designed by architect Louis Angelikis for the Rosenthal family.
The handwork by Mexico’s finest craftsman is reflected inside in the exposed ceilings with herringbone patters, imported salmon stone fireplace, hand-scraped bleached oak floors and hand-painted frescos. Everything here is unique and special.
It features a master suite compared with a pure retreat with salmon stone fireplace and his-and-hers bath, two bedroom staff quarters, a gym, a guest bedroom and a full family bedroom suite with walk-in closet, fireplace and bathroom with a hand-painted sink.
An annex of the residence built in 1992 is a functional area with guest quarters, two large bedrooms suites, a screening room and a kitchen with everything needed.
With the vineyard on the background, the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool and the fireplace create a nice atmosphere for a perfect moment of relaxation.
