Majestic Plane House by K Studio

Plane House is a project designed by K Studio. It is located on Skiathos Island, Greece. The idea of this project was to create a merger between the internal and the external space in order to minimize the impact on the surrounding landscape.

The strategically position of the pool offers a cool breeze for the terrace and house because of the north wind that flows uphill and over its surface. The water in the pool is recycled with the help of the photovoltaic panels that power the pool mechanics, and then is used for irrigation, toilet flushing and fire extinguishing.

The house blends with the landscape and rises majestically, watching over the surroundings.
