This 600 sqm construction reunites the house and the private showroom under the same roof, in a noble area of Bologna.

The project is defined by recovery, ad-hoc elements, high-quality material and comfort. The solar energy is mainly attracted by the southern façade which is diaphragmed from screens that protect the plants during summer and collects solar energy during winter.

The Italian style can be clearly seen in all rooms, from the fitness area to the private study.
