Balcony House is a single-family home located in Madrid, Spain, which was designed by A-cero. Its futuristic exterior design hides, in fact, a more traditional and elegant interior design.
The house features an area of 952 square meters (10,250 square feet) disposed on 3 levels and set on an independent plot of 2000 square meters, with a prime location in a natural environment, and just 14 km from the city center.
It exploits the width of open spaces and the double heights with wooden structure that envelop the stays. The entire space is flooded by natural light due to the large windows existing at all levels, both in social and private areas.
The LED light is a major element in the interior because it marks the architecture and creates lines that frame the spaces.
