Extensive Kavouri Residences by Kokkinou-Kourkoulas Architects

The Kavouri Residences designed by Kokkinou-Kourkoulas Architects is located in Athens, Greece and is split into two sections: A and B.

Residence A is a family house that offers splendid views of the sea because of its orientation to it. The center of the project consists in the open space, the platform and the swimming pool. Every room, public of private is located around the open space.

Residence B is another platform that reminds of the one from residence A, being in the same time another family residence. To help divide the sections there were used transparent boundaries. Here, the swimming pool is situated on the side of the house because it has not been wanted to interfere with the sea view.
