The House in Costa Brava, Spain was completed in 2012 by Garcés-De Seta-Bonet. The most important aspect when they first started to build the home was to take into account the placement of the house on a plot with a slope that had to be parallel to the sea and to have a good solar orientation.
Among other amenities the property includes an overflowing swimming pool, a gym, a terrace on the lower ground floor and numerous facilities.

This Costa Brava home is truly enchanting! The way the architects integrated the slope and solar orientation is brilliant. The overflowing pool looks absolutely stunning. Great work by Garcés-De Seta-Bonet and Adrià Goula!
