Contemporary Quinta dos Alcoutins by GGLLatelier

Quinta dos Alcoutins is a sober home, part of an estate located at the northern limit of Lisbon, Portugal. It was completed by GGLLatelier in 2011 and features many amenities such as a wine cellar, a home theatre and a spa.

A grey volume is the support element of the house that rectifies the inclined terrain, allowing the sun to pamper the social areas. This volume also includes the complementary spaces and is illuminated by a patio chiseled in it.

A white terrace is the element that beautifully completes the rooftop, from where one can admire the Golf-course and the city skyline.
