Gebara Conde Sinisgalli Arquitectos have designed the Vila Real de Itu private residence, which is stretched over an area of 3,000 square meters. It is located in São Paulo, Brazil and is the most eloquent example of architectural elegancy and class.
The house was designed for a couple with three children, for them to enjoy their weekends and vacations here.
Due to the dry and warm weather, the residence was projected to have cross ventilation in the bedrooms, generous eaves, ceramic roof, an exterior living area and also double high ceiling in the social area.

This sounds impressive, but can you provide more details or photos that show how these design features actually enhance comfort and usability in everyday family life? Claims of elegance need solid evidence to be convincing.
Thank you for your interest! The design prioritizes natural light, open spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, enhancing comfort and family interaction. We’ll share detailed photos soon to showcase how these elements create an elegant yet practical living environment.
