The Bayside House is a triplex home located in Bayside, New York, United States. It was designed by Grzywinski+Pons in order to accommodate up to three generations of the owner’s family.
Maximum light penetration was achieved through the retaining walls and the glazing. The client wanted a clean, bright and open environment and the result was more than he expected. Even by looking at these pictures we can observe the simple lines, the fine finishes and the exquisite taste that envelops all the details and elements of design.
