The owners of this dreamy summer house wanted a peaceful dwelling that could help them unwind and relax during the hottest days of the year. They contacted Martin Gomez Arquitectos, shared their vision of the project, and asked them to transform their dream into reality.
The design studio completed the task in 2007 on a stunningly beautiful plot in La Boyita, Punta del Este, Uruguay. Called La Boyita, the residence offers superb views over the nearby sea and of the beautiful green surroundings. It consists of five areas, with the main one housing the living and dining area that opens towards the lovely swimming pool outside.
The other four quarters include the guest rooms and service areas. By separating the guests’ quarters from the other spaces, the architects intended to give future guests the feeling of staying in a luxe hotel, rather than at their friends. We absolutely love this project!
