Produtora Kana is a project designed by AR Arquitectos. It is located in Pinheiros, São Paulo, Brazil, this being the main reason for which the architects preferred to keep the identity of an old São Paulo façade, in the same time emphasizing the new interventions with black metal elements.
The house is divided into two separate volumes by a spacious courtyard, which helps the light penetrate the indoor space and offers direct contact between the work area and the exterior.
While the façade was designed in accordance with the four neighboring houses, the black and white colors really make it stand out from the others and provide its contemporaneity.
