Moreover, this home features a series of self-sustainable features such as natural cooling throughout the main living spaces that was achieved by channeling the local cool winds. The rock that was used in the building process is locally sourced while the floors were created using Blackbutt timber. This residence has a minimum impact on its surrounding environment even though it is incredibly luxurious and comfortable.

So we built a glass box in the Australian bush to trap heat, then spent millions cooling it with wind. Because nothing says “sustainable luxury” like fighting the very climate you’re trying to blend into.
