SL House located in a suburb of Tel Aviv, Israel was designed by Domb Architects. It is shaped as a rectangular box, separated into two parts by a big void, which is opaque on sides and transparent to the back and front.
A double sided fireplace acts as a paravane for the living room, hiding it. A 2m high and wide glass door brings the outdoors inside and provides easy access to the swimming pool and the garden. The kitchen and the family room were designed as open spaces connected to the breakfast terrace. The master bedroom with a half open bathroom is opened to the back garden by large glass doors.
The basement is used for playing games while the roof accommodates a fitness center with balcony and beautiful views.
