The Strand residence is a relaxed family beach house designed by the Californian studio Horst Architects who turned the project into an AIA award winning house. It is located at The Strand in Dana Point, California, USA and is the perfect location for a numerous family.
This home accommodates three master suites for the parents and grandparents and a special place organized for children, grandchildren and friends.
The courtyard has no connection to the street but is connected to the entry of the house through a pivoting wooden door that reveals a covered passageway. In this way is created a mysterious atmosphere that makes the arrival more interesting and reveals the ocean view.
This property is perfect for the times when you need to meditate, to calm yourself, to read a good book or to just forget about all your possible worries.
