The Dalvey Estate is a project that merges the tropical language with contemporary lines and structure. It is located in Singapore and was designed by Aamer Architects after the traditional Iban Longhouse with places that ease family integration.
From the road, the façade does not stand out, giving few hints of what lies beyond. Visitors are welcomed upon entry by a concrete box softly lined with rich timber.
The circulation between the bedrooms is very fluid due to the spatial strategy.
