The Prospect house is a gorgeous, contemporary abode that was built in La Jolla, San Diego, California upon a formerly abandoned site. The unique and practical shape of the abode as well as the rest of the design details were sketched out by an architect named Jonathan Segal, who worked closely with the owners of the Prospect house in order to create a cozy, luxurious yet practical residence that features its own on-site architecture studio.
Moreover, the architect made use of several unique design elements when designing this gorgeous abode, thus ensuring that all main living spaces would benefit from an ample amount of natural light. The main living area is flanked by a glass floor on one side and by a superb swimming pool on the other, a fact that blurs the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors even further. The house also features a private garden in the back, while its front boasts a magnificent sculpture signed by Malcom Leland.
