Located in Japan‘s famous capital of Tokyo, the Modern Zen Design House offers comfortable, welcoming yet minimalistic living arrangements that were put together by experts from a company called RCK Design.
Boasting a crisp, white interior complemented by wood elements and natural plants, the main living areas of the Modern Zen Design House ooze tranquility and comfort at each and every turn, but aside from its wonderful decorations and furnishings, this exceptional abode also impresses with a high degree of self-sustainability. Boasting a series of state-of-the-art technologies such as a photovoltaic power system, the home is completely independent from outside power sources, but since it offers no more than 1291 square feet of living space, the residence doesn’t require all that much power to begin with.
As far as accommodations are concerned, the master bedroom boasts a frameless white door, a low bed and multiple paintings for decoration purposes. Another room worth mentioning is the meditation room, which is a perfect place for introspection and relaxation. Last but not least, since the house is surrounded by beautiful gardens, a special rainwater collection system gathers and stores this precious natural resource.
