The renovation process for this wonderful home was a carefully planned process that was carried out by Nan Arquitectos and was completed in 2013. The residence in question can be found in Pazo de Rubianes, Pontevedra, Spain, and even though it offers just 527 square feet of living space, it boasts more than adequate living conditions for its single owner.
The architects that were in charge of the project are named Wenceslao Lopez, Vicente Pillado and Alberto F. Reiriz, and they collaborated with Eleazar Álvarez in order to make sure that the end result would meet and surpass the client’s expectations. The home impresses with a seamless transition between its indoor and outdoor spaces, a transition that was facilitated by the extensive use of glass elements.
The interior arrangements, namely the white walls and contemporary furnishings create an atmosphere of minimalism and elegance. Sliding glass doors provide quick and easy access to an outdoor courtyard that features a green, well-kept lawn as well as an access point for a small covered parking spot.
