Hillary Unger of Perianth Interior Design collaborated with John P. Maloney and Michael O’Boy in order to develop its latest project consisting in a modern extension of a 1917 dwelling in New York, USA. It features a 650 square foot master suite, which was accommodated on top of the existing building.
The new space was maximized with elegant built-ins, in dark and light colors, and was added a transitional stairway from family to “grown-up space” to create a precious environment.
The new addition was built from scratch, by turning into reality the architectural requirements and the creative vision of John Maloney, the Construction Manager. The result is an absolutely impressive home!
