Completed by Creative Space Architectural Design, the Calley Building Show Homeis a 2,580-square-foot modern residence situated in the Lakes, Tauranga, New Zealand.

Johnny Calley, the director of Calley Building, said that the house received a positive feedback. People were impressed by its simple and functional design, and especially by the split layout of the living and sleeping areas.

This house is the perfect example that modern and design can come at a reasonable price.
