The Heinz Julen Loft is a tremendous property located in Zermatt, Switzerland that was built by the local designer Heinz Julen who thought the project as the perfect refuge that could provide comfort and utter luxury.
It’s a 300 square meter Manhattan-style loft apartment that features unique style by the use of high quality materials such as steel, textured concrete, wood and large expanses of glass.
The mezzanine level, where we find a chill-out area with TV, a Jacuzzi bath, a gallery kitchen and a dining alcove, is accessed by a metal staircase.
The loft consists of two levels connected by a private elevator. The private property can be accessed within a two minute walk from the top of the Hotel Omnia lifts.

Ah, a Manhattan-style loft in the Swiss Alps—because nothing says “mountain refuge” like fighting for elevator space and pretending steel can keep out the chill. Luxury, indeed, with a side of irony!
Thanks for your perspective! The Heinz Julen Loft uniquely blends modern design with alpine charm, offering a fresh take on mountain living that balances luxury and functionality without losing the cozy spirit of the Alps.
This loft feels like more than just a living space; it’s a sanctuary where modernity meets nature, inviting us to pause and find balance amidst luxury and simplicity. A true reflection of thoughtful design enhancing human experience.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! The design truly aims to create a harmonious balance between modern luxury and natural elements, offering a peaceful retreat that enhances daily living. I’m glad this connection resonates with you.
