Hotel Topazz is a beautiful destination in Vienna, Austria. It was designed by BWM Architekten und Partner, with a very unusual façade that seems to belong to another world. It was built on a quite small lot, of just 1,647 square feet, but the architects managed to make the best possible use of the available space.
Thanks to its brown mosaic façade, that beautifully reflects sunlight, the building looks like an exotic gem in the middle of a historic city. Creating a stark contrast with the majestic architecture of Vienna, the hotel flaunts elliptical windows that jut out from the building, and an overall glossy and rounded design. It is definitely a love or hate building!
