From the architect:
The 5,800 square foot 2 story penthouse is in a modern high-rise, oceanfront building in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
We wanted the space to look light and translucent but at the same time luxurious and rich… clean and modern yet inviting. We based our design decisions on the client’s taste, the architecture of the building, and the location in order to create a second residence that our Chicago client could call “his Miami home.”
Our award-winning design was featured in many design magazines and on TV shows worldwide.
This penthouse is absolutely stunning! The blend of light and luxury feels so inviting. I love how the design perfectly captures that Miami vibe. The ocean views must be breathtaking. Truly a masterpiece of modern architecture and elegant interior design.
Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you appreciate the Miami vibe and the seamless blend of light and luxury. The ocean views are indeed the crown jewel of the Jade Ocean Penthouse. We hope you can experience that elegance firsthand soon!
