This amazing contemporary residence was designed by Hong Kong-based KplusK Associates and Deborah Oppenheimer Interior Design, together with Denniston International Architects & Planners, a Kuala Lumpur-based practice. Together, these three companies completed the beachfront villa in the exclusive Cape Yamu private community in Phuket, Thailand.
Beautiful water features and an unusual landscaping enhance the property’s charm, while numerous works of art decorate the interiors. Many of them were commissioned especially for this residence, and they all go perfectly with the rest of the neutral colors that dominate the indoor spaces.
The simple, clean and elegant lines of the interiors are enhanced by the colorful views that they offer towards the gardens, the pool, and the Phang Nga Bay. Furnished only with high-end furniture and fitted with top-notch appliances, the luxury villa has seven bedrooms and separate quarters for up to eight staff members.
