It’s a well known fact that New York boasts with numerous waterfront properties, but none of them are a match with the one we are about to present, at least as far as sheer size is concerned. The largest waterfront property in New York can be found on the shores of the Jamaica Bay, within the Mill Basin neighborhood if we are to be specific.
Sketched out by Noel Jeffrey, the main residence features 23,000 square feet of living space and includes no less than 15 bathrooms and 10 bedrooms. Flaunting 257 feet of waterfront, the residence is an absolute delight to inhabit, especially since it is equipped with an endless array of high-end conveniences. These include an elevator, a spa, a swimming pool an outdoor pavilion with seating for 40 people, a kitchen and a meditation room that boasts its own Lalique fireplace.
Aside from the lavish interiors, the residence also impresses with 30,000 square feet of gardens and walkways that tempt with memorable moments of relaxation and introspection. The guesthouse is also quite a sight to behold thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, stone floors and open rooms.
The price for the largest waterfront property in New York is $30 million – a fair price, all things considered.
