However, this stunning villa in Hidden Hills, California was completely demolished, and the property is now on the market as a “flat pad” with “pastoral views” and “numerous mature trees.” The asking price for the empty lot is $9.9 million, which is quite a lot considering the fact that it was purchased for $7.35 million back in 2013, when it still included a marvelous home.
The residence was inhabited by Britney Spears for about a year, and she paid a rent of $25,000 per month for the privilege. The 19,000 square foot abode comprised 13 bathrooms, 10 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen a poker room, two staff apartments and an arcade. It’s quite sad that it had to be torn down, but maybe a better home will arise in its place.
