Solo House By Pezo von Ellrichshausen In Teruel, Spain

Designed under the supervision of Sofia von Ellrichshausen and Mauricio Pezo from Pezo von Ellrichshausen, the breathtakingly beautiful Solo house was built within a remarkable rural setting in Cretas, Teruel in . The residence was constructed by Ferras Prats, and its building process relied on the experience of experts such as Valeria Farfan, Eleonora Bassi, Ana Freeze, Diogo Porto and Bernhard Maurer, while the structural consultant for the project was named Jose Perez.

Apart from the fact that its unique positioning allows it to benefit from remarkable views of the surrounding, forests, mountains, vineyards and olive groves, the Solo House also impresses with a contemporary that involves a main body suspended above a blind pedestal.

Upon entry, guests are immediately impressed by the amazing entryway that involves a twin tunnel surrounding the primary swimming pool. Needless to say, the home is absolutely packed with amenities and comforts, but one of the main highlights of living in it is probably related to the fact that it is placed so far away from the hectic lifestyle of the city.

Ah, yes, because nothing says modern luxury like suspending your house over a blind pedestal in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for those who want isolation but still crave an Instagram-worthy entryway. Genius, really.
