MO House was completed in 2014 by Gonzalo Mardones Viviani, and it can be found in Zapallar – a commune of Chile. It was built on a picturesque location that offers exceptional views of the sea that can be admired in full by the inhabitants and their guests. The house is entered via a series of ramps and stairs that lead to its middle floor, which comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room.
The regular private accommodation options are found on the ground level and benefit from access to a beautiful garden. However, the master bedroom is found on the third floor. Apart from its incredible exterior appearance and luxurious living conditions, the MO House also impresses with an eco-friendly vibe.
It was constructed using a mix of concrete and titanium dioxide, and the titanium allows it to filter toxic fumes created by vehicles. Last but not least, it’s also worth mentioning that the residence features crisp white interiors that are illuminated effectively thanks to a series of generously sized windows and skylights.
