Casa Barone is located in Ingarö-Evlinge, Sweden and it was designed by Stockholm-based Widjedal Racki Bergerhoff who placed it near a lush forest and a lake and decorated it with white walls and dark wood floors.
A summer house was the basis from which they started to create this beautiful project. In comparison with the older home which was placed in the middle of the property, the new one is set on the northern property boarder in order to regain the occupied and unused terrain.

Ah, moving a house to the edge of the property to “regain terrain” — because nothing says smart design like maximizing your backyard real estate while pretending it’s all about harmony with nature. Classic Stockholm move.
Thanks for your insight! Moving the house was a thoughtful way to create more outdoor space while maintaining a natural flow with the surroundings—balancing practical needs with design harmony is always our goal.
