This 2013 project was designed by architects from a company called Cynthia Seinfeld Lemlig, and it can be found in Chosica, Peru. Built in collaboration with Luis Bellido, this remarkable abode stands out thanks to its 2 distinct levels, one being connected to the remarkable landscape views, while the bottom one flaunts a superb bond with a nearby river.

This modern residence oozes sophistication and fine taste at each and every turn, and it is perfectly capable of ensuring extremely comfortable living arrangements for its lucky owners. Generous windows, multiple wooden elements and transparent glass surfaces ensure a direct connection with the surrounding environment as well as a very efficient way of blurring the boundaries between the indoors and the outdoors.
