Tour Odéon Shelters the World’s Most Expensive Penthouse

Tour Odéon is a 557 foot tower and is the home for a 35,000 square foot penthouse which is set to become the world’s most expensive. The project was designed by the master architect AlexandreGiraldi who had in mind from the very beginning an amazing circular rooftop swimming pool with a water-slide, floor-to-ceiling windows and million dollar rooms.

It’s not official on the market but some estimate that it will sell for an amount of $360 to $390 million. It comes bundled with concierge services, day-to-day housekeeping, dry cleaning, valet and vehicle washing, all by a touch of a digital screen.
